The Oscars are known for a lot of things including iconic red carpet looks, live performances, and extravagant gift bags for some of the event's guests.
According to Robb Report, this year's Oscars gift bags are going to be especially remarkable because they will include a plot of land overseas, dubbing them a lord, laird, or lady.
The 2022 Academy Awards are set to take place on Sunday, March 27. Unlike previous years, there will be a host this time around. In fact, there will be three.

“Imagine having one of the funniest women in comedy today hosting the Oscars … Now, multiply that by three,” Craig Erwich, the president at Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment said in a statement.
“All three hosts will be together — not each hosting a separate hour.”
The Oscars haven't had a host since 2018, when Jimmy Kimmel hosted the ceremonies. And the last time it was hosted by three people at once was in 1987, with Chevy Chase, Goldie Hawn and Paul Hogan.
The show’s music director, Adam Blackstone, Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker, and singer, Sheila E. will be among those performing at the ceremony. Pianist, Robert Glasper and the Samples, will also be taking the stage.
In the days leading up the the event, even more musical guests will be revealed!
The gift bags set to be given to guests will include a certificate indicating they own a small plot of land in Scotland, as well as a few other notable goodies.
