One of the most beautiful things about being a child is that pretty much everyone you meet is just a friend waiting to happen — it doesn't matter if they're older than you, younger than you, an employee at a store you're in, a teacher at your school, or sometimes even an inanimate object that you become attached to. Kids don't have any limits on who they're willing to befriend, and sometimes that energy can pay off in a really beautiful way, like this viral video from TikTok user @snowinginsaturn showcased.

TikTok user @snowinginsaturn shared a video of her daughter in a grocery store that has touched the hearts of many.

A young girl stands excitedly next to a grocery store employee, who is speaking to her with a smile.

"She met him when she was little and sees him here every week," the captioned video says, showing the young girl excitedly moving through the store with a large envelope in her hands. Someone can be heard saying "I think I see him, where is he?" to the little girl as she moves.

Then the video reveals what the little girl is carrying.

"Today she brought him a thank you card because he bought her a bicycle for her birthday," the video states as the young girl finds the employee she was looking for, immediately running towards him and embracing him in a hug.

"The most unlikely BFF," the caption of the post says.

People immediately began commenting at how moving and sweet the video was.

"Fairy Godfather Come in all shape , and sizes and colors. God bless him always," another one added.

"Be a different world if we all could be like these two," wrote one person.

It just goes to show that kids will always manage to find friends in the most unlikely of places, and that's maybe a skill that all of us grownups could stand to touch up, too!
