On Tuesday night, TMZ was first to report that drummer Travis Barker was being taken into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, by his side. On Wednesday, it was reported by TMZ, that the Blink-182 drummer was hospitalized after suffering from pancreatitis. After almost one week, Kourtney and Travis broke their silence and thanked fans for the support.

Now, Kourtney is speaking out against the paparazzi that claimed she was "out and about" while her husband was "fighting for his life."

As you can imagine, the story deeply affected the reality star during such a stressful time.

On Tuesday afternoon, TMZ reported that Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker was rushed to the hospital.

The star was taken to a hospital in L.A. by ambulance with his new wife Kourtney Kardashian by his side as he arrived at the local facility West Hills. After arriving at the local hospital, the 46-year-old's condition was serious enough for him to be transferred to Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

The outlet then reported on Wednesday that the drummer was hospitalized for pancreatitis, which doctors believe was triggered after he underwent a recent colonoscopy.

Fans didn't hear from Travis directly until Saturday afternoon when he took to his Instagram stories to explain what happened to his fans and followers.

"I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great," he wrote at the time. "But After dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since."

"During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life threatening pancreatitis."

Travis ended his Instagram story by expressing his gratitude for feeling "much better."

Kourtney also broke her silence on Instagram stories, explaining to fans what a difficult time it's been for the couple.

"Oh what a scary and emotional week it has been," she wrote, as per TMZ.

"Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change."

"I am so grateful to God for healing my husband, for all of your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and appreciative."

Later on that same day, Kourtney added to her Instagram story and called out the paparazzi for selling old photos of her while trying to claim they were taken amid Travis' health scare.

"And to the paparazzi who sold photos of me "out and about" while my husband was in the hospital fighting for his life... these were photos actually taken weeks ago," she wrote, before adding that she couldn't "even remember the last time I wore that sweatsuit in the photos."

"I didn't forget about you," she continued, as per Yahoo! News.

"A new level of low, monetizing off of our nightmare. Really savagely uncool when I actually didn't leave his side ... shame on you."

We're wishing a speedy recovery for Travis, and that no one else tries to sell pics of Kourtney during this difficult time!
