While it's no secret that '90s fashion has certainly become dated by now, it was certainly big at the time, and only fell out of style because times changed. One pop star's outfits seem to be facing a fair bit of critique otherwise though, from her own daughter!

Victoria Beckham shared how her daughter, Harper, staunchly disapproves of the outfits she wore as Posh Spice of the Spice Girls, even calling them 'disgusting'.

Victoria Beckham has been under fire by her own daughter recently.

Apparently Harper, Beckham's almost 11-year-old daughter, doesn't approve of the fashion her mom used to wear back when she was better known as Posh Spice of the Spice Girls.

In an interview with Vogue Australia, Beckham spoke a lot about Harper's opinions of the old outfits.

They're certainly surprising, but also funny.

"She actually said to me recently, 'Mummy, I've seen some pictures of you when you were in the Spice Girls and your skirts were just unacceptable. They were just too short." Beckham also noted that her husband, David Beckham, agreed with Harper on the matter.

She was really put off by her mom's taste.

"She was actually quite disgusted at how short my skirts were. I said, 'Are you never going to wear skirts like that?' She said, 'Absolutely not.' We'll see," Beckham said.

Harper's style is clearly much different than her mom's.

Of course, she's only 11, but Beckham still explained that Harper's "not one of these kids who are going out with a full face of make-up and a crop top."

Already, Beckham is worried about bullying her daughter might face online.

"Harper isn't on social media, so we don't have to worry about that just yet," she said, "But seeing how cruel people can be, yes it really does [concern me]. She's at that age where her body is going to start changing [...] it is quite terrifying, I can't lie."

However, she plans on always looking out for Harper

She explained her tactic as such. "[...] it's about making sure that we communicate a lot as a family and she surrounds herself with nice friends."

With such attentive and vigilant parents, Harper is sure to grow up just fine.
