As a teenager, we all dreamed of what it would be like to marry a heartthrob like Kevin Bacon or John Stamos. We wondered how it would feel to know you're married to someone who was a part of iconic pop culture history. Someone whose name everyone recognized.

Well, Kyra Sedgwick knows what this is like, and let's just say it's not always fun and games, okay?! Sometimes, your husband tries to recreate an iconic dance move with you from the '80s and you get injured.

Okay wait, that does sound really fun, minus the injured part.

I think it's safe to say that Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedwick are one of Hollywood's most... normal couples?

I know it sounds weird to say anyone famous is normal, but out of all the celebrity couples out there, I can imagine my man and I hanging out with these two.

They're funny, they're down to earth, and they're one of Hollywood's longest-lasting couples!

Seriously, half the reason I still have Instagram is just so I can follow these two lovebirds and all their hilarious hijinks. Most recently, these two went viral after recreating an iconic Footloose dancing scene.

Sharing a video the two dancing up a storm on both Instagram and TikTok, Kevin impressively spins Kyra and does the iconic "Footloose" drop.

"I don’t remember this being part of the original #Footloose choreography," he captioned the video, "but figured we’d give it a spin."

However, shortly after posting the videos, fans saw the aftermath which included Kyra icing her wrist.

"The aftermath of nailing a TikTok dance," Kevin wrote alongside the pic.

Now, a few weeks after going viral, the actor is giving an update on Kyra and is here to assure us all she is doing just fine.

Speaking on SiriusXM’s "The Jess Cagle Show" Kevin explained how the two decided to film the video.

“Well, someone sent me what they called the ‘Footloose drop’ and it’s just one of those crazy things," he recalled, as per ET. "I don’t really understand TikTok, but I guess people just do stuff like that and they have a good time with it."

"What I didn’t realize—I realized this in retrospect—that there’s actual tutorials to show you exactly how to do this, but I said to Kyra, 'Honey, can we pull this off?' And she’s like, 'Yeah, sure. We could do that,'" Kevin recalled.

So, the first couple of practice rounds we did was on the bed because if I dropped her, she’d have a soft place to land.”

As for Kyra, Kevin said "her wrist is fine" and that she got "a little black and blue" trying to nail the routine but it served as a good PSA to be careful about trying online trends.

To be fair, who is anyone to deny Kevin Bacon the chance to spin you around?
