Rebecca Balding was a bright light in the TV industry.

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, the Charmed actress got her start at the University of Kansas where she studied the field we should go on to work in her whole life.

Her acting career began on stage in Chicago before the young hopeful moved to Hollywood where she went on to guest star in countless television shows, but might be best known for her role in "Soap."

If Soap wasn't your thing, then you'd probably recognize Rebecca from her time on the original Charmed series.

Fans of the cult-classic series have taken to social media to remember the actress, whose death has left a big hole in many fans' hearts.

Actress Caroline Williams took to Twitter to remember her cousin.

"While we were not close in adulthood, she was a profound influence on my curiosity about show business and acting. #TheBoogens was where she met her delightful husband @jameslconway. Mother, wife, actress. Did it all," Caroline wrote.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, writer-director James L. Conway, her two daughters, Sarah and Kathleen, and her grandchildren.
