Hey, have you ever taken a great photo that looked marvelous but had only one problem? Your ex just happened to be in the picture with you. Oh, no! Perhaps it was a birthday celebration, a memorable trip, graduation, or another important milestone.

Now you're stuck with the picture of you and your ex, and that's not cool. Am I right? But if you have $10, you can get rid of that ex and stat. Check this out.

So I stumbled upon this interesting tweet on Twitter.

In it, an artist and makeup enthusiast @HEXGIRLFRIEND offers her handy services of removing an ex-partner from people's pictures. And get this, it will only cost you $10. Wow! That seems pretty reasonable to me, huh?

But don't take my word for it.

Just take look at her example pictures here. That looks pretty dang good to me, hee-hee. In fact, it's pretty awesome. You can see the guy at all. Isn't this super cool or what? I bet there are a lot of people who could use a service like this. What do you think?

Cool, huh?

Well, what do you know, this tweet got a lot of action online. It actually went pretty viral. This woman got over 144.4K likes, 16K retweets, and 1,300+ quote tweets. Wow! Not bad. And at least a few people were really interested in her services.

Here's one job she did for somebody.

Aww, this is so sweet. If I had a picture of my holding this cute cat, I wouldn't want my ex in it either. I think this lady did a good job here, no? And the woman who asked for this was pretty happy when she got the altered picture back.

And then, there's this one.

Ha, ha, nice! It's like one moment he's here and another he's gone. I bet this lady is pretty happy about that, too. This is quite the vanishing job, and I love that. Now, this lady can look at this picture and not have to be reminded of her ex.

Then, she got this request.

It must suck to have a picture of such an important milestone in your life and not be able to look at it only because your ex is also in it, huh? Aww, this woman here was so desperate that she was ready to send over money ASAP, haha.

Check this out. Here's the result of this ex-partner removal job:

Now, that's better, no? I'm sure this woman is pretty ecstatic to be able to show this picture off. What do you think? It looks good enough to me. She can get it framed and not have to put up with bad memories ever again.

This is pretty cool, right?

However, even though there were happy customers, this woman did receive a lot of humorous replies. Some people questioned why she would charge $10 per picture when there are apps that can do that. Hmm, I see their point, alright.

The truth is you can do it yourself.

But perhaps some folks lack the time or the knowledge on how to do it themselves. So they rather pay someone else to do it for them? Even though I'm usually pretty frugal and prefer to figure out things myself, I wouldn't judge. To each their own, no?

There were some who pointed out a few mistakes, though.

If you look closely at the altered picture, you can see these "phantom knuckles" HAHA. Oh, my goodness. I totally missed that. I guess she needed to press a few more buttons on that Photoshop to get rid of it for good, huh? Ah, details!

That's kind of funny, huh?

I mean, if you're looking for perfection, this service may not be for you after all. I would have been a little peeved if I paid somebody $10 and discovered something like that. I would be like, "I want my money back!" Am I right?

She also got funny tweets like these.

Oh, yeah, if only she were able to do that. Then she could literally charge anything she wanted, and people would be all too happy to pay whatever the price. Do you hear what I'm saying? Now that would be something.

Here's another mistake somebody spotted:

Oh, no! His shoe is still there! I feel like it's haunting us, lol. I have some advice for this lady. Before you offer your services, give the picture a once look-over. That way, you could find those little details before somebody else catches them, okay?

Here's a close-up.

Oh, my goodness. Ha, ha! You know I did take a crack at doing this in Photoshop, but for some reason, it was taking me way too long, so I pretty much gave up. I don't know why, but I always sucked at editing in Photoshop. I can't stand that program. That's the truth.

This lady's post brought a lot of jokers too.

This funny person offered to do it for $1. But you get what you pay for, I guess, no? I don't think this is what she had in mind, lol. Good luck trying to sell that one. Am I right?

This lady offered her services, too.

I wonder what the dog thinks about that, huh? Perhaps he would like a nice scenic picture of just him. If only he had spare $10 lying around. What do you think about that? Ha, ha!

If you can't spare $10 you can also do what this girl did.

Check this out. She actually cropped her ex out of all their pictures together. That's not a bad idea either. What's your take on it? I mean, you can still see him, but I guess it's good enough, no?

Now, here's a tall order.

How about taking that ex-lover out and replacing him with the new one, huh? Can you do that? If you can, then you really have something there. I bet people would pay way more for that service.

Do you take this post seriously, or do you think it's more of a joke?

I don't know what to think, especially since people pointed out so many mistakes. If this lady was serious about doing this and charging money for it, she should have been more diligent in looking the picture over, no? So based on that, I think it was just a prank, ha, ha.
