The DC superhero film franchise continues to forge onwards, with the second Aquaman movie, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, set to release early next year. The film's star, Jason Momoa, is a beloved and charismatic actor who's adored the world over.

However, that very actor might have revealed a major secret regarding the upcoming movie, but he doesn't seem to think it's a big deal.

Jason Momoa might have revealed a pretty big 'Aquaman 2' surprise.

The actor posted a few photos of himself with Ben Affleck, a fellow DC film star as Affleck has played the titular role of Batman in four different movies.

Make that five, maybe.

Momoa's caption hinted heavily at an appearance from Bruce Wayne in the upcoming sequel Aquaman 2.

He wrote, "REUNITED bruce and arthur. love u and miss u Ben WB studio tours just explored the backlot alright. busted on set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j [sic]."

That sounds like a Batman cameo to me.

Not to mention the third element to Momoa's post, a video taken of a small bus vehicle filled with people who were on a tour of the Warner Brothers lot.

"Well, it's not a [expletive] secret anymore," he said before apologizing for his use of profanity as there were kids on the bus.

He resigns to the fact that their secret was revealed early.

"That's what happens Warner Bros. when you walk out of your set and there's our fans. Hey guys have a good time. Well, we tried to keep it a secret."

He then turns to walk into a trailer that had Affleck sitting inside.

If this is all true and not some elaborate prank, it's super exciting.

Affleck donning the helm again only makes sense seeing as he was in both Justice League and Zack Snyder's Justice League, both alongside Momoa as Aquaman, but getting the chance to see the two together again is still thrilling.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will be in theaters on March 17, 2023.
