In a world where MOST Hollywood hotshots are so self-absorbed, it's refreshing to see a celebrity you love actually being an amazing person — I'm looking at you, Jennifer Garner.

Sure, celebrities can be nice during a red carpet interview when they know they're being filmed and photographed by dozens of people, but it's another to be a good person entirely off-camera.

Thankfully, us Jennifer Garner fans can rest easy knowing our 13 Going on 30 star is just as amazing off-screen as she is on.

NEWSFLASH: Jennifer Garner is gorgeous.

When people were expressing concern for Ms. Garner in light of the Bennifer wedding news, I knew it was coming from a good place but it was NOT needed!

Jennifer has been dating a hottie businessman for years now, guys!

Now, Jennifer is raising up other women by encouraging them to focus on their inner beauty instead of their outer beauty.

While chatting with Harper’s Bazaar, the actress was asked what confidence tips she’s passing down to her two teenage daughters: Violet Anne Affleck, 16, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, 13.

"My advice is to look at the mirror less and be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face," the actress said.

“Be very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything.”

Jen also explained her concern for women getting "baby" or "preventative" botox.

"Don’t think that you’re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face," she told the publication.

In fact, Jennifer believes we should all stop focusing on our outer appearance less and turn our attention to our inner beauty.

"Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead," Jen said encouragingly.

“We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn’t do you any good," she added.

Ugh, we just love you Ms. Garner!
