Long-time actress Anne Heche was in a serious car accident just yesterday after crashing her car into two separate buildings.
Reports say that she was seen driving recklessly beforehand, and even denied help from bystanders who attempted to get her out of her vehicle initially. She is now suffering some severe burns in the hospital where it's expected she has a long road to recovery.
Star of films such as Six Days Seven Nights and Donnie Brasco, Heche wound up in a harrowing wreck just yesterday as she reportedly crashed her car multiple times.
She was intubated but is now recovering, though TMZ reports that she was left "severely burnt."
She first crashed into the garage of an apartment complex. When bystanders attempted to help and get Heche out of her vehicle, she reversed, sped off, then crashed into a home not long after. It was here that the car caught fire.
Her car became "engulfed" in flames after the second impact, after which six emergency vehicles arrived to douse the flames and rescue her. She can be seen from above being carried into an ambulance on a stretcher.
Though she's suffering some serious burns, she is "expected to live".
People believe that alcohol might have been involved, however, TMZ reported that "Her condition prevents doctors from performing any tests to determine if she was driving under the influence of alcohol."
