With Daniel Craig's final James Bond movie done and dusted, there's been an increasing frequency regarding who will play the next bond.

Though there have been some fan favorites over the past few years, the tides seem to be changing regarding who's likely to be cast, and one of those fan favorites is sick and tired of hearing about it.

The James Bond rumor mill has been chugging along lately.

Though Idris Elba's name has been up in the air to take over Daniel Craig as the famous spy for years now, recent news might have turned the tides in that regard, as it seems the James Bond team is moving in a younger direction.

Either way, Elba is tired of hearing about it.

The actor was a recent guest on the Jemele Hill is Unbothered podcast, in which he talked about how he feels when asked about James Bond at all.

"I have no more answers for it," he said, "I just tell people 'aw, don’t ask me that.'"

He thinks anything Bond-related regarding him has already been answered.

He also thinks that "a lot of times it’s really lazy journalism. And people try to use it as clickbait like ‘what’s he gonna say this time?’ I try to say the same things."

He's tried to mix it up, too.

"Every now and then I just tease them, but every now and then I’ll give them some philosophy on why I don’t want to do it or why it’s a rumour. But most times now I tend not to talk about it."

It makes sense that he's over this topic. If I were pestered about the same thing for years on end, I'd be pretty tired of it too!
