Can you believe it's back-to-school season already? Oh, my gosh. Where does the time go, huh? I honestly feel bad for all the parents running around trying to get organized for the first day of school. It's easy to see how it can get frustrating and tiring already.

So to elevate some anxiety and stress, some parents turn to humor, and that's what I'm about to show you right now. Check it out.

These Excuses

Okay, confession time — what kind of excuse do your kids use? Now I totally get when my mom used to get mad at me when I didn't eat my lunch, ha, ha. After all, she worked hard to make it, no? So the least you can do is to eat it. No excuses, please.

This Reassurance

Ah, ha ha ha! That must've been so comforting to this mom. At least this time around, she won't be scared every time the phone rings thinking it's the school's principal. Does that sound familiar to you, or what?

This Late Night Email

Who can relate to this? Just when you thought you had it all under control, the school sends out another email to ruin your night. Why do they do that? And this happens pretty much every year. Oh, my!

And This Email

Speaking of emails, how do you like this one? That must get under a parent's skin, no? I remember when I was a kid, there was none of that. You just showed up on your first day with whatever you had, and it was A-Okay! Oh, how things have changed.

This Familiar Scenario

Do you remember when the walk of shame was coming home in the morning from clubbing all night? Well, this is a quite different run of shame, ha, ha. Nonetheless, I bet she's not the only mom to do that.

This Back-To-School Prayer

Can I get an amen to that? When I read that, I couldn't help but laugh. But I also found the funniest reply in the comments. This lady said, and I quote, "I can't even match my own shoes... The kiddos are on their own." OMG! That really cracked me up.

This Excited Confession

Ha, ha, what? This one had me in stitches, too. I can just picture this kid in my mind taking his parents to the bathroom to excitedly proclaim that. I bet that was quite a proud moment for them, lol. Am I right?

This Bummer

Oh man, they get you every time, no? What is it with school fundraisers, huh? Doesn't the school get enough money out of unsuspecting parents as it is? Why do they have to torture everybody like that? That's not cool.

This Not-So-Surprising Fact

Oh, yeah! I bet other moms of five-year-olds can totally relate to that. This lady thought she had it all figured out and then had to go back to the drawing board. It's just one of those things you learn as you go on. There's no shame in that.

This Relatable Admission

Speaking of relatable things, I'm sure most stay-at-home parents feel this in their core, hee-hee. If only the school bus could stop right in front of your house, so you wouldn't have to worry about any of this. Wouldn't that be nice, huh?

This Unusual Plea

Ha, ha! I don't know about you, but this mom sounds like she's got some experience with that. She better since, according to her Twitter bio, she has seven kids. Oh, my! I have to admit I don't envy her at all. That sounds pretty rough to me, ha, ha.

This Blunder

Oops! She did it again! This is that time when you realize carpooling is your best friend. So pick up that phone and start calling your fellow moms before you lose your mind, lol. Do you hear what I'm saying? Yikes!

This True Fact

Oh, my goodness. Is that right? Here's what one mom said, "My kid’s first year of school. Is this normal? Where’s the unsubscribe button?!" Um, when you find that button, share it with the rest of the class, ha, ha.

This Hard Lesson

Oh, no! You didn't say that to your child. Let's keep that childhood innocence for a little bit longer. Don't spoil it for them already. Once they realize that, it's all over. At least, that's what I think. Do you agree with me?

This Familiar Situation

Here's another situation I bet most moms can relate to, huh? Why is it so hard to get the kids out of bed on the first day of school and then keep them asleep longer on the weekends? If anybody has a quick fix for that, I'm all ears. Moms need rest, okay? Case closed.

This Annoying Issue

Okay, if your kids do this, newsflash — they're monsters! Was I too harsh? I'm sorry. On the other hand, perhaps you should blame yourself for not finding a suitable place to hide the snacks. Just think of their least favorite place, and stash them there. You're welcome.

This Kindergarten Nightmare

Ah, this guy sounds like a novice. Am I right? If only he had another parent who already went through all of this to school him, he wouldn't be so surprised. Next time, bring two bags of snacks, ha, ha. Oh, yeah! You heard that right. You'll thank me later.

This Awesome Timing

Does that sound familiar to you, or what? And they do this every night. Why? All this poor mom wants to do, is put her kids to bed so she can have a moment to herself, but of course, they have to ruin that too, hee-hee. Do you hear me?

Oh my goodness!

What did I tell you? Sometimes the best way to get through back-to-school is through humor. After all, many of these things are out of your control, so just bare through, and look forward to that glass of wine at the end of the long day. Who can relate to that, huh? And remember, this too shall pass.
