When you go through a celeb or influencer's social media, there's always a good chance what you see is a highly edited version of them. Sure, there are plenty of notable figures who've taken a stand against that warped perception of reality, but there are still plenty who play right into it.
Celebs like the Kardashian-Jenner family seem to really love using photoshop before posting their pics. And like you'll see in this list, they don't always get away with it.
I wonder if she noticed how the car behind her is mirrored before posting the pic, and was just too committed to the look at that point. The bend in the concrete is a pretty dead giveaway too.
The celeb is actually pretty well-known for posting pics of herself in scenic spots... or rather, posting pics of herself edited into pics of scenic spots. It... really doesn't look like she's there. Like, at all.
A since-deleted (for copyright purposes) TikTok alleged that O'Day may have been using other influencers' pics to photoshop herself into. But O'Day clapped back, saying, "If I want my Instagram to be curated like a museum of ART then that's what the [expletive] is going to happen. I'm an artist, a REAL creator."
It's unclear what exactly was being edited (her face, neck, shoulder, etc.), but the end result made her thumb multiply. I feel like that probably would've been an easy mistake to fix before posting, too.
In Kim's defense, she wasn't trying to pass this off as a legit pic. But the way Chicago clearly wasn't there makes this pic absolutely hilarious.
The celeb matriarch posted a pic of herself in workout gear, showing off the fact that she's in shape. But look close enough at the space in between her waist and her right arm, and you'll see the pic has a bit of warping in it...
All the sisters in one pic is nice and all, but when you look at Kourtney (second from the right), you'll notice that one of her forearms looks a little thin. In other words, poor editing.
The second pic in this post looks normal at a glance, but the bent corner of her iPhone gives it all away. Just remember, not even the Kardashians actually look like the Kardashians.
I appreciate the fact that she didn't want to leave Ramsay out of the fun, but the amount of airbrushing on his face is honestly a little scary. And so far from how he actually looks.
And as you can see, they're both looking a little more like their respective ages. It's clear that Gordon Ramsey doesn't care much for Photoshop.
Either she's entered the hallway in a funhouse, or the pic was edited in a way to make Kerr look curvier. In the end, it made the carpet look curvier at the same time.
As if her unnaturally long hand wasn't weird-looking enough, the post comes with two other pics, each showing her hand looking a lot more normal. All in all, it just made for one confusing post.
Look to the left side of the pic (like, the whole left side). Literally everything in the background is warped. This pic is from all the way back in 2014, but it doesn't seem like Kim's really learned her lesson.
When Ariana Grande posted this pic to promote her 2015 single, "Focus," we were all more than a little distracted by her right hand, which is, like, really long compared to the rest of her body. You might even say it's "grande."
Admittedly, it's not super noticeable at a glance. But once you see it (along the right side of her head, close to the top), you won't be able to unsee the random finger in her hair.
Look closely at the celeb's right foot, and you'll notice that it only has four toes for some reason.
Okay, but what if her missing toe migrated into her hair. That would at least explain the last pic.
In this series of pics advertising her collab with Beats, Kim's neck and shoulder are looking fairly slender. But then you see the video in the post, and you can actually tell that it's been edited.
