Prince Harry is finally releasing his landmark tell-all memoir next year. "Spare" will tell the Prince's story in his own words, and for the first time, fans will have an exclusive look into the father's journey and how he battles the grief of losing his mother at such a young age.

Now, a body langue expert is weighing in on what the cover is telling us without it telling us.

It was announced earlier this year that Prince Harry was releasing a tell-all memoir, much to the delight of fans.

Last week, the title was revealed and it's just as dramatic as I was hoping.

"Spare" will be released on January 10 2023.

"It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror," the book's website reads.

"As Diana, Princess of Wales, was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on."

"For Harry, this is that story at last," the blurb continues.

"With its raw, unflinching honesty, Spare is a landmark publication full of insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief."

Now, body language expert Judi James is weighing in on what Prince Harry's cover photo conveys to his readers.

"This is not a photo to tell us Harry’s pain is now no longer baggage he carries with him,” she told Express.

"This headshot seems to create a mirror image for the reader, eye to eye and face to face, and it’s not an expression that seems to have been chosen to illustrate that inspirational man who has been saved by the power of love."

She continued: "This cover expression with the word ‘Spare’ on it suggests we are being invited into Harry’s grief, pain and sadness though and he looks partly as though he is still hurting."

"This is an asymmetric facial pose," Judi explained. "Place your hand over one side of his face and he looks relatively relaxed and with that hint of a smile. Place it over the other though and the difference is quite shocking."

“This cover photo looks very telling. Someone once said that the past is best viewed through a rear-view mirror as you move forward in your life. There is nothing ‘rear-view’ about this choice of pose or the title of Harry’s book though.”

"The word 'spare' will of course have instant implications of the phrase 'the heir and the spare' that the royals tend to use."

"It seems to instantly put our finger on the pulse of Harry's historic complaints. How did he feel about growing up as the ‘spare’ with his brother being viewed as the one destined to be king?”

I guess only time will tell.

I can't wait to read this book, which can be pre-ordered here.
