Forbes released its 2023 30 Under 30 list, and some of your favorite pop culture icons, from Megan Thee Stallion to Hailey Bieber and Sydney Sweeney, made the list. Each of the women did exceptionally well this year, with Megan, 27, earning $13 million, Bieber, 26, launching her skincare brand, Rhode, and Sweeney, 25, starting her production company, Fifty-Fifty.

All inductees into this year's list survived a line-up of over 12,000 candidates vetted by their peers and industry veterans.

Megan The Stallion

The Texas rapper covered this year's issue of Forbes 30 Under 30 and opened up about her drive for work. Megan's issue makes her the first black woman on the cover of the prestigious magazine's list.

She spoke about making money from endorsement deals outside of rapping, saying it was her way of staying relevant. It also earned her several millions of dollars, but she picked each brand based on her values.

"When I start sitting, I feel like I’m not doing enough or I’m giving somebody else the opportunity to pass me... If I’m not naturally into it, I don’t want to sell it."

Sydney Sweeney

Sweeney became a double Emmy nominee in one night this year thanks to her flawless performances on HBO's The White Lotus and Euphoria. This year, she also starred on several magazine covers, including Vogue, GQ, and Elle.

With such record-making achievements and a Time 100 Next honor, it's no surprise the producer/actress made Forbes' 30 Under 30 list. The actress is currently on the set of Sony's Madame Web for the Spider-Verse adaptation alongside Dakota Johnson.

Sweeney has always been a "can-do" girl and she's not stopping now that Hollywood is hers for the taking.

Hailey Bieber

Bieber transitioned from model to mogul this year with the launch of her skincare line, Rhode. The brand took off with critical acclaim for her lip peptide serums, but it didn't come without self-doubt and fears.

The model knew that she had clout due to her background in beauty and fashion but wasn't sure people would take her seriously as an entrepreneur. It's safe to say she thought wrong. Bieber also highlighted learning from her peers, saying,

"As entrepreneurs, as creatives we learn from each other."

Other Honorees

Other stars of the 30 Under 30 list for 2023 include Anitta (Singer, 29), Tanya Gupta (Singer, 26), Madison Beer (Singer, 23), DDG (Rapper, 25), Becky (Musician, 25), Saucy Santana (Musician, 29), Ayo Edebiri (Actor, 27), Lance Oppenheim (Director, 26) and Sadie Sink, (Actress, 20)
