The Peaches singer and his supermodel wife are new residents to Tribeca as they rent a luxurious residence at 195 Hudson St. The impressive property, which corners Hudson and Desbrosses Streets, once housed Halo singer Beyonce and her long-term rapper spouse. Hailey and Justin tend to make headlines for being snapped by the paparazzi in L.A. It looks like the cameras will be pitching tents in NYC now.

The condo that's now home to Victoria's Secret ambassador Hailey and her pop star husband is a three-bedroom. It also boasts two and a half baths, spanning 2,312 feet. As to the price tag, it isn't cheap. Justin and Hailey will be paying $22,000 a month. This is the 2018-married couple's fourth rental - it's also a classic choice, with the building itself dating back to 1924.
Justin has been photographed in NYC with Hailey recently. The Rhode skincare founder has also made recent headlines for being featured on the cover of Forbes as she lands a prestigious 30 under 30 spot.
