Prince Harry is facing pressure from all sides, and this time, Meghan Markle's sister, Samantha, has served him legal papers demanding that he gives necessary evidence under oath against his wife as she (Samantha) prepares to take her defamation case back to the court premises.

Samantha charged the Duke of Sussex to participate in deposition proceedings under oath according to the contents of the legal papers she filed in Florida on Friday.
The 56-year-old is suing the Duchess of Sussex for £60,000 in damages following her 2021 Oprah interview, where she claimed Markle made claims that left her reputation in shambles. She accused the Duchess of spreading malicious lies against her in the widely publicized interview.
She also wants Markle to be interviewed on camera a day before the deposition and make 38 separate admissions in the case, one of which includes publicly stating that the Late Queen Elizabeth and King Charles are not racist.
As for the Duchess, she wants the case dismissed with immediate effect as a mediator has been appointed in an attempt to avoid going to court, and Meghan's lawyer Michael J. Kump has reportedly called Samantha's demands "irrelevant."
The 56-year-old revealed she's a victim of humiliation and hatred due to her sister's demonstrably false and malicious statements. She also has multiple sclerosis.
Samantha has reportedly requested statements from Thomas Markle (their father), former royal aide Jason Knauf, her daughter Ashleigh Hale and online security analyst Christopher Bouzy.
It was reported that Samantha felt cheated and insulted by Meghan's recollection of being an only child. That statement seemed to negate her entire existence in the picture, but by the look of things, nothing proves their closeness beyond similar last names.
The world got a glimpse at their not-so-cordial relationship following the announcement of her engagement to Harry in 2017. Samantha was quoted by journalists saying that "The Queen would be appalled" she also called a "ducha**" on Twitter.
She released a book about Meghan titled The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister: A Memoir, Part One. This book revealed details surrounding Samantha's upbringing, including the rivalry that occurred when their father was still married to Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland.
She described Meghan as a baby "Bi-racial, beautiful and was both the color of a peach and a rose."
