It's hard to have lived through 2019 without hearing Billie Eilish's name every step of the way. Whether we're talking about her crazy cool unique fashion sense, her chart topping music, or the fact that she's the first (and only) person born after 2000 to hold a Billboard Number 1 song, 'Billie' is on everyone's lips.
And potentially everyone's birth certificate next year.

Rounding out the list at number 10 is the unique "Billie", of which they write, "Teen singing sensation Billie Eilish has done for this name what Billie Holiday could not: Made it a modern star."

I think I would! It's stylish and modern and I think the "ie" ending is cute and feminine.
