Shawn Mendes And Camila Cabello Got Matching Aesthetic Tattoos Together

I mean, we've all seen the music video for "Señorita," right?

The minute that video dropped, rumors started swirling about their relationship status.

After Camila broke up with her long-term boyfriend, the rumors became pretty real.

One of the first things they did was respond to criticisms that they kiss "like fish."

Well, that's one way to 100% confirm you're dating to the public, huh? Honestly, it's almost annoying how adorable this is.

Shawn even took questions about his relationship during a fan Q&A.

A fan asked, "What’s an average Shawmila date?" and Shawn had no problem spilling the details of what they do when they hang out.

"Camila and I will basically wake up and find the nearest coffee...she’ll have half a coffee and I’ll have like 3."

I guess their dates happen at all hours of the day.

"Probably find some food, then an hour later we’d be like, ‘are you hungry?’ Probably watch a movie. She loves Tangled."

So, Camila has flawless movie taste. Tangled is underrated and I stand by that opinion.

Tattoo artists Kane Navasard posted the tattoos he did for Shawmila to his Instagram, and his stories.

Shawn's isn't the bird — he's had that for a while — but the tiny "a" behind his ear.

It's likely in honor of his sister, Aaliyah Mendes.

She's a legit social media celeb in her own right. She came up on Vine (RIP), before garnering hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitter and Instagram.

Hers says, "it's a mystery."

According to Kane, it's a reference to film Shakespeare in Love.

"It's a mystery" is a repeated line (and theme) in the movie. It clearly resonated with her to have it tattooed in such a painful place!

He has a bunch. Here, you can see his guitar tattoo, which is actually a bunch of trees and sky formed into the shape of a guitar.

The guitar was his first tattoo.

Hey, he and Camila both have finger tattoos now!

Fans have speculated that the "8" is for two things: his birthday, which is August 8th, and his lucky number, which is...8. Obviously.

He explained, "'I wanted something to represent Illuminate which is obviously the lightbulb, and the flowers are lilies and orchids which are my mum's favourite flowers."

He got the tattoo after asking fans to design one inspired by his album, Illuminate.

How cute is that?

"I was trying to convince her to get a tattoo for a while," he told GQ. "This is really the only thing that she would do because she’s obsessed with elephants."

Apparently, the sparrow is meant to remind him to always go home, even while on tour.

Sailors used to get sparrow tattoos before sailing around the world. It would call them home.

He revealed that tattoo in his music video, "Lost in Japan."

According to Body Art Guru, it's meant to represent how much meditation has helped him with his mental health.
