For a while, it seemed like Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were going to have a smooth divorce proceeding,
However, new reports are claiming the pair have been having co-parenting issues over their daughter, Everly.
TMZ called it grandstanding because Jenna had already signed off on the entire schedule, while their Channing sources counter that Jenna agreed to some of the schedule, but not all of it, hence why Channing went to a judge.
TMZ reports that when one parent has Everly, that parent has to allow the other parent to FaceTime with her every day.
They also claim that when Jenna has Everly, Channing almost never FaceTime's with her.
Jenna's rep, Nicole Perna, told TMZ that "Jenna's priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter's well-being."
