Sia Paid For Everyone's Groceries At A Walmart In Palm Springs

We all like to think that if we suddenly became rich, we'd use our money to help those less fortunate than ourselves, but it can be hard to justify spending your money that way.

Well, not when you're Sia, one of the best selling singer/songwriters of the decade. Then it's pretty easy to make someone's Thanksgiving just a little bit better.

A video was released on Twitter of Sia at a Walmart in Palm Springs, buying everyone's Thanksgiving groceries for them.

Cooking a big Thanksgiving dinner can be expensive, so Sia decided to make everyone's holidays just a little less stressful by covering all of their grocery costs.

And she did it in the most humble, Sia-like way possible.

Sia's famous for her big, face-covering wigs to keep her identity pretty well-hidden from the general public.

She keeps that secret going in the video, where she can be heard telling people that her name is "Cici" and that she's doing this fantastic act of generosity because she'd "won the lottery."

She did the same thing at TJ Maxx, as well.

She used the same cover story at this store as well, but eagle-eyed fans were able to identify her in the videos and pictures that were taken in both locations.

What an awesome thing for her to do!

Holidays are no 'Cheap Thrills,' so I'm sure everyone whose groceries she paid for is super happy with the news!

Now that's something to be thankful for!

This has been an emotional year for Sia, so it makes sense that she wants to give back.

She revealed earlier this year on Twitter that she's "suffering with chronic pain, a neurological disease, ehlers danlos," and said "I just wanted to say to those of you suffering from pain, whether physical or emotional, I love you, keep going."

"Life is [expletive] hard. Pain is demoralizing, and you're not alone."

Alongside revealing that she is severely hypothyroid and suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder, Sia announced she has neuralgia, "a chronic pain condition that affects the trigeminal nerve, which carries sensation from your face to your brain," meaning that even slight stimulation of the face can result in intense pain.

Sia was originally slated to release new music in October of this year.

However, due to these ailments, she had to take time off to focus on her health, and the music she was set to release was postponed.

Sia's fans were understandably happy to see her out looking so cheerful and doing such a positive thing.

Although some had a little fun at her expense, implying that the person buying the groceries was actually Maddie Zeigler, the young dancer that often portrays Sia in her music videos.

Her fans weren't the only ones happy.

You can tell by all the smiling faces in the photographs that she took with the people whose groceries she bought that they were also pretty appreciative.
