Emmy-Winning 'Friends' Actor Ron Leibman Has Died

Ron Leibman, known for his Tony Award-winning performance in Angels in America: Millennium Approaches, as well as Rachel Green's father in Friends has died, The Hollywood Reporter confirms.

Leibman won an Emmy Award for his character in "Kaz", a series which he also created and co-wrote.

In 1993, he would go on to recieve a Tony Award for his performance in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play "Angels in America".

He also played Rachel Green's father in "Friends", and had a recurring role on "The Sopranos".

The Hollywood Reporter claims that he died on Friday after battling pneumonia, he was 82.
