It turns out that in the Cyrus family, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. It wasn't all that long ago we were Achy Breaky Heartin' right alongside Billy Ray Cyrus as he crooned on "I Want My Mullet Back."
I'm not sure if Billy Ray ever got his back, but Miley Cyrus has definitely found hers.
In these photos, she's rocking the coolest mullet this side of her dad's. Personally, I think it's about time the mullet made a comeback into the modern hairstyle lexicon, but fans of the singer are conflicted.
When faced with the #MileyMullet, one fan said, "Don’t get me wrong, I love miley cyrus, but did homegirl just get a mullet?"
Personally, I think both mullets have their time and place. Billy Ray's had his time to shine and now it's time for Miley's to step out into the sun!
