He's in every single movie, he's on HBO and now, there's going to be a TV show about his childhood.
Then again, you would know that you can't escape The Rock if you had seen The Rundown.
It all started back in... well, he did movies before this, but the biggest boost to his career was when he starred in Fast Five.
Ever since, he's been impossible to escape.
Well, not exactly. The show is going to be about his childhood.
The show, called Young Rock, is going to come on NBC around 2021. It won't star the Rock (obviously)...
And the pilot was written by Nahnatchka Khan and Jeff Chiang (who will also executive produce) from Fresh Off The Boat.
And the Rock had quite the childhood as well.
He was arrested for fighting, theft, and check fraud– all before he turned 17. Then there's the lead up to professional football and wrestling.
There are so many things that could happen... we can't wait!
