Justin Timberlake may still be in the doghouse with wife Jessica Biel.
The couple just had their first public dinner date since Timberlake was photographed holding hands with another woman last month.
Now, onlookers are saying that things looked "tense."
Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel just stepped out for the first time since their heartbreaking scandal last month.
But unfortunately, things looked tense, to say the least.
They had been out drinking at a bar in New Orleans.
It didn't help matters that Timberlake was reportedly not wearing his wedding ring...
“They were smiling and laughing. At one stage, he grabbed her hand and rested it on his knee," they said.
Yikes!
Justin broke his silence on the controversy a few days later.
“A few weeks ago, I displayed a strong lapse in judgment—but let me be clear—nothing happened between me and my costar.”
"I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be."
Justin concluded his statement by writing:
"This was not that. I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it.”
Well, it looks like we have our answer since the couple was recently spotted having dinner at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles.
In addition to laughing a lot, Justin was reportedly very attentive to his wife by rubbing her shoulders and leaning in towards her.
They even shared food off of each other's plates.
One onlooker said that things looked "tense" at different points throughout the night.
This makes sense considering how a source close to the couple revealed weeks ago that Jessica is "embarrassed" by the whole situation.
According to that same source, "she felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability."
Until we get that confirmation, let's all take a moment to remember their happier times, like when Jessica dressed up as Justin from his NSYNC days for Halloween!
