Yes, he was a pretty awful guy in the movies, but there had to be some reason he was voted in as President, right?
Even if there wasn't, before any character becomes truly evil, they were once good.
So what happened to him? Well, we are going to find out.
Just because a character is bad, doesn't mean they're not interesting.
But now, he's getting a whole book about him! As the protagonist of the story no less!
It will be about a young President Snow (pre president) graduating from the Academy.
His final project is to mentor a person in one of the 12 districts.
Snow thinks he's going to get assigned to someone from District 1 or 2, but much to his surprise he gets assigned to someone from District 12.
Oh yes, the worst district...
Perhaps the person Snow mentors will have some connection to the other books? Perhaps this person will even be connected to Katniss herself? There's only one way to find out...
