Shannen Doherty Breaks Her Silence Since Announcing Stage 4 Cancer Diagnosis: 'I'm Struggling'
The Hollywood icon announced she has been battling terminal cancer for the past year on "Good Morning America" last week.
"I’m stage four, my cancer came back," Shannen told ABC news anchor Amy Robach.
Shannen admitted her diagnosis is a difficult pill to swallow.

"There are definitely days where I say, ‘Why me?’ and then I go, ‘Well, why not me? Who else?’ Who else besides me deserves this? None of us do."
Since the interview, Shannen has been keeping a low social media profile.

However, the actress broke her silence this week with an emotional Instagram post.
She posted a beautiful pic of her riding horses with the following caption:

"I want to thank all of you for your love, prayers and support. It’s an odd time right now and I find my feet not completely underneath me."
"To say I have stress is an understatement. To say that I’m struggling is mild. But... I believe that I will find my footing. I’ll dig deep for the inner strength I need to face it all. I pray I do it all with dignity and grace. I have so much to say. So much to share. I will. For now... please know how much you all help lift me."
