Bindi Irwin Announces All Firefighters Will Get Free Entry To Australia Zoo For Work Fighting Wildfires
The wildfires that had been burning across Australia throughout the end of 2019 and the start of 2020 were devastating.
However, due to the hard work of Australia's emergency responders and through the good fortune of heavy rainfall, many of the fires have recently been declared as contained and under control.
The Irwins, through their work with The Australia Zoo and their Wildlife Hospital, had helped rescue over 90,000 animals that had been de-homed or injured throughout the fires.

This personal involvement in the battle against the devastation caused by the wildfires likely contributed to the intense gratitude the Irwin family and the Australia Zoo has for all the hardworking firefighters who helped contain the fires — a gratitude they expressed through a generous offer made by Bindi Irwin on Instagram.
Bindi announced that all firefighters will be able to enter the Australia Zoo for free in gratitude for their hard work.
