Case in point: the actor's day starts at 2:30 a.m. (!!!!).

Yep, you read that right, 2:30 a.m. every morning.

In 2018, after filming "Mile 22," he shared a complete look of his daily schedule to Instagram.

Fans were blown away at the insanely busy day the actor has every single day.

As you can see, this includes time for cryotherapy, a type of cold therapy that treats sore muscles.

As for his daily workouts, those are anything but easy.

“My workouts start with RAMP, which stands for range of motion, activation, and movement prep—things like Spiderman stretch and hip bridges, plus foam rolling," he once told Men's Journal.

"Then we switch between bilateral and unilateral strength moves using mostly heavy bands, TRX, dumbbells, and kettlebells. The lower body work includes balance and agility drills.”

This type of rigorous exercise has helped the actor maintain his six-pack at 48!

While the actor stays healthy for his own personal reasons, he isn't opposed to getting ripped for movie roles.

This was revealed recently when Wahlberg said that he "trained like a crazy person" in order to get even more fit for a new role as a police detective.

He did so for the upcoming Netflix film "Spenser Confidential," which premieres on March 6.

The movie, which also stars Winston Duke, Alan Arkin, and Iliza Shlesinge, is based off of characters created by Robert B. Parker.

Singer Post Malone is even making his acting debut in the film!

The film marks the fifth movie he's done with director Peter Berg.

It also marks the first time Berg has asked Mark to get ripped for a role.

"This is our fifth movie together but all four movies that we made together I was oddly out of shape and eating what I want and drinking what I wanted," Wahlberg told "ET."

"We did 'Lone Survivor' right after '2 Guns' and before that I did 'Pain and Gain', so I was really heavy and kinda bloated by the time we got to 'Lone Survivor,'" he said.

He continued:

"And then we did 'Deepwater Horizon' where I was getting as heavy as possible drinking beer and fried food to play a guy who worked on an oil rig. Then we did 'Patriots' Day' where I was limping around, a cop who was kinda out of shape."

While it's hard to imagine Wahlberg out of shape, Berg did tell him that he needed to be ripped for "Spenser Confidential."

When this happened, Wahlberg accepted the challenge like it was no big deal.

"And I said, 'OK, no problem.' So I literally went clean dry for five months, trained like a crazy person," he said.

"I just did a bone broth and a fast and a cleanse and I literally lost 10 pounds in five days. I lost five percent body fat and I lost 20 points of visceral fat literally in five days."

"Just bone broth and then steamed vegetables after the first three days and then a little bit of protein at night and that was it," he continued.

Only Mark could make this sound ridiculously easy!

After training was complete, filming for the actor took place somewhere very special:

His street!

"We literally shot on my street... We were sitting on my stoop waiting to shoot across the street," Wahlberg said of his childhood home.

"It's pretty surreal considering how my childhood went and all the trouble I've been in and everything. To be able to come full circle, it was pretty amazing."
