Succulent Easter Eggs Are A Cute Surprise Everyone Would Love To Find

Gone are the days of a simple dip-dyed Easter egg with a boatload of stickers covering them. People these days are going all out when it comes to decorating their hard boiled eggs, and I don't know about you, but I'm not surprised in the slightest.

While its easy to get caught in the nostalgia of simplicity, you have to admit, some of these modern egg designs are pretty cute and creative.

Like these succulent Easter eggs.

How cute is this little bunch of hand-painted Easter eggs by blogger BlissMakes?

These will take a bit more time than simply dunking cooked eggs into some fizzy dyed water solution, but your little Easter egg hunters will be so delighted to see them.

Pretty Prudent

After painting them with acrylic paint, simply hot glue a paper flower right on the top, like a bloom on a cactus.

You can even go the extra mile and "pot" them in mini terracotta planters, adding some fake moss around it for an extra springy touch.

You don't even need to use real eggs.

Pretty Prudent has a great tutorial on making a plastic egg filled with candy look like the real thing.

That way, they won't go bad and you can keep them for years to come!

This is such a fun activity for the whole family that really lets everyone's creativity go wild.
