Disney Pixar’s ‘Onward’ Will Be Released Early Online

Since many families around the world will be quarantining themselves for the next few weeks, things will get boring real fast.

Since most theatres have shut down due to coronavirus, many films are making their way to online streaming services.

For example, Universal released The Invisible Man and The Hunt online, while Focus Features’ streamed Emma at an earlier release date than anticipated.

Now, families have one more film to enjoy at home — Disney Pixar's "Onward" !!

The studio will make the film available to buy digitally and on "Movies Anywhere" for $19.99 today, and it will be released on Disney+ on April 3rd in the U.S.

Onward grossed $62 million in the US and $103 million globally before cinemas closed their doors.

"Onward" directors Dan Scanlon and Kori Rae are excited to offer this film to families early.
