Mischievous Corgi Goes Viral For Getting Himself Into A Literal Jam

Every pet parent lives in fear of leaving their animal alone and returning to find them injured or worse.

Which is why the Dy family in Vietnam must have been shocked to discover Gody the corgi puppy prone on the floor of their glasses shop, covered in red splashes.

Admittedly, my heart skipped more than a few beats when I first saw this pic on Reddit.

Of course, once they realized that the red stuff wasn't blood, but tasty fruit, they had to snap a pic.

Rest assured however, if you thought this was a crime scene pic at first, you weren't alone.

Facebook even blurred it out as the AI assumed there was some kind of graphic content here. The only crime was the mischief little Gody got himself into with some unguarded fruit.

While most people sharing the photos said it's strawberry jam, that may be incorrect.

Vietnamese people on social media have explained that passionfruit is commonly placed on family altars and it's more likely that the little pup got his hands on one.

That might explain why Gody's mouth is remarkably clean.

I could see a puppy confusing a fruit for a ball and squishing it by accident.

Either way, Gody appears to be completely unrepentant.

As for his prone position, that seems to be Gody's thing.

That tile is probably a nice, cool place to nap after a long day of selling sunglasses.

When not wearing either passion fruit or strawberry jam, Gody is still a photogenic star.

I mean, look at that face! Those eyes! He's a born star, and he knows it.

But whether it's strawberry jam or squished passionfruit, it's pretty damn cute.
