This quarantine is going to suck for everyone. Not just because we can't go out, but because we're constantly worrying about our loved ones.
We need something to comfort us. Something to take our impending doom off our minds. Hey, how about a couple of movies that would do just that!
It's a great mixture of fun and heartwarming.
And the best part is that there aren't too many heavy, Disney-like moments (i.e. killing off Mufasa), so you'll be comfortable the whole time.
Sure, it may have some down moments here and there, but if Matt Damon schooling some uppity Harvard guy with facts in a Boston accent doesn't comfort you, nothing will.

Take comfort in knowing that Trey Parker and Matt Stone managed to get a movie where puppets have sex in it produced.

There are a lot of musicals we could have picked for the "comfort movie" list, but Moulin Rouge is probably the best because it's a jukebox musical, and you'll already know all the songs.

The Big Lebowski is, in a word: chill.
Sure, there's a bunch of stuff going on, but it's hard not to be cool when you're following a guy called "The Dude" as your main character.
It is criminal that this show doesn't have more followers. It's absolutely bonkers, it's insane but above all: it's hilarious.
The movie is really good too and serves as a pretty good introduction to the series.
