Larry David Has A Message For All 'Idiots' Not Social Distancing: 'Go Home!'

We all know that we're supposed to be staying inside and staying away from other people as much as possible right now, and if you've ever seen Curb Your Enthusiasm, that kind of sounds like Larry David's paradise.

He's got some choice words for everyone not following these measures.

Information about the coronavirus pandemic is rapidly changing and Diply is committed to providing the most recent data as it becomes available. Some of the information in this story may have changed since publication, and we encourage readers to use online resources from CDC and WHO to stay up to date on the latest information surrounding COVID-19.

In a video shared to the California Governer's Facebook page, Larry David made his appeal.

“Obviously, somebody put me up to this ’cause it’s generally not the kind of thing I do, but I basically want to address the idiots out there — and you know who you are,” the video starts out with Larry saying.

“You’re going out — I don’t know what you’re doing."

"You’re socializing too close, it’s not good. You’re hurting old people like me — well, not me. I have nothing to do with you. I’ll never see you," Larry joked.

"But, you know, other — let’s say, other old people who might be your relatives!"

He then shared his biggest advice: “Go home! Watch TV! That’s my advice to you. You know, if you’ve seen my show, nothing good ever happens going out of the house, you know that. It’s just trouble out there."

"It's not a good place to be."

“So stay home and, you know, don’t see anyone except maybe if there’s a plumbing emergency, let the plumber in and then, you know, wipe everything down after he leaves… but that’s it.”

Solid advice! If Larry David telling you to stay home doesn't make you want to stay home, I don't know what will!
