Which is exactly what happened to Amy Schumer when she and her husband Chris Fischer named their son, Gene.
It was his full name — Gene Attell Fischer.
Genital Fischer.
Genital Fissure.
She explained: "So do you guys know that Gene, our baby’s name is officially changed? It’s now Gene David Fischer. It was Gene Attell Fischer but we realized that we by accident named our son, ‘genital.’"
Awww!
"You knew & thought it'd be the funniest thing ever, but the joke didn't land so now you're doing cleanup," wrote one Twitter user.
I have typed out the name a few times and I truly didn't think of it ONCE, TBH.
Maybe the couple truly didn't think about it until now!
Nostradamus much?
Now Gene will be able to live his best life with no fear of his middle name!
This is why we love you Amy, and your little bébé Gene Attell David Fischer!
