Gloster canaries aren't seen in the wild. They are the result of selective breeding over decades, though their ancestors did originate from the Canary Islands.
There are two varieties of Gloster canaries: Consorts (smooth heads) and Coronas (crested heads).
The crest of these little canaries has been called "Beatles-like" and I totally see it.
It definitely gives him a cool dude attitude.
