'The Princess Bride' Will Be Streaming On Disney+ On May 1st

We've all been demanding that some streaming service somewhere add the legendary, hilarious, touching, and endlessly quotable classic The Princess Bride to their library, and finally, Disney+ has declared, "As you wish!"

The announcement was made in the cutest way with the two stars, Cary Elwes and Robin Wright.

In a tweet made by the official Disney+ Twitter account, Wright and Elwes reunite over a video call, where Elwes asks, "Are you bored yet?"

"No!" Wright replies cheerfully, then asks, "You?"

"Not even," Elwes answers, "but if I was stuck in front of my TV, I could think of some real fun things to watch like that Princess Bride movie we made together."

Wright coyly asks, "Hmm, is that on again?"

That's when Elwes reveals "On Disney+, starting May 1st!"

That's so close! You can watch the video announcement right here.

Are you excited?

This is such a good opportunity to entertain yourself while stuck at home, but also a great opportunity to show this fantastic movie to everyone out there who hasn't seen it yet!
