The Backstreet Boys Celebrate Their 27th Anniversary With The Children's National Hospital

I always knew that "The Backstreet Boys or *NSYNC?" is an age-old question, but I guess I never considered how old exactly age-old is at this point. While it doesn't seem possible for this iconic band to be celebrating their 27th anniversary, they are, and they did it in a heartwarming way.

The Backstreet Boys were formed in 1993.

While the fact that the band has been around for 27 years makes me feel like the crypt keeper, the band were quite happy to celebrate this anniversary on a video call with the Children's National Hospital to speak with the patients there and hopefully cheer up some people struggling.

"Grateful we could talk with patients," The band shared on Instagram, but they revealed that the video was a little

"We weren’t expecting their inspiring staff to surprise us with this incredible dance to 'Everybody'!!" the band shared, and the video shows exactly that — the staff of the hospital, in their masks and scrubs, doing an amazing rendition of the iconic dance.

You can see the video for yourself right here.

"Beyond impressed by these multitalented, hardworking heroes!! All our love. Huge thanks to our brother @ryanseacrest and @ryanfoundation," the band added.

Happy 27th anniversary, guys!

What an amazing way to celebrate this milestone!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be reverting to my teenage self and blasting 'I Want It That Way' for the rest of the day.
