Kevin Bacon Can't Answer 'Really Hard' Questions About Himself In Kevin Bacon Quiz

You'd think that if anybody ever asked you trivia questions about your own life, you would know all of the answers without hesitation, am I right?

Well, apparently not, because that isn't quite the case for Kevin Bacon.

In a recent exchange on Buzzfeed’s “Degrees of Kevin Bacon”, he was having a "really hard" time answering trivia questions about himself.

In a recent *Buzfeed* segment, based on the famous “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon”, Kevin was having a "really hard" time answering trivia questions about his own life.

It was truly hilarious, considering the questions were literally about his own life.

If you're not super familiar with Kevin's life story — as I'm sure *most* people aren't — let's get you all caught up.

IMDb

For starters, he was born in 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He made his grand debut to acting in 1978, starring as Chap Diller in National Lampoon's Animal House.

Evidently, he has come a *long* way since then!

IMDb

The turning point for him didn't come until 1982, when he starred in a film called Diner.

This ultimately set the tone for the rest of his acting career. It was all up from there!

Up until then, he had been taking on small TV roles that weren't exactly memorable.

IMDb

He took on extra roles and bystanding character roles to fill his time until his big break finally came along!

In 1984, came his iconic role in *Footloose* — my personal favorite!

Then came his roles in She's Having a Baby,1988, Tremors, 1990, With Fred Ward Flatliners,1990, and of course, Apollo 13, 1995.

He's also well-known for his roles in "Hollow Man", 2000, "Mystic River", 2003, "Crazy, Stupid Love", 2011, and "The Woodsman", 2004.

IMDb

All great films, if you ask me.

I think it's safe to say that his filmography is impressive!

ANYWAY, now that you know a little bit about Kevin, let's dive into his hilarious trivia fail.

The objective of the quiz was for Kevin to recall if he worked with certain actors at some point throughout his career or not.

Right out of the gate, Kevin admitted that he was going to struggle with this.

IMDb

“This sounds really, really hard," he said.

And he wasn't lying. He did terribly. his final score was abysmal.

If you can believe it, he only ended up getting two of nine questions correct.

So, here's one more thing you can add to the list of things you now know about Kevin Bacon: He has an awful memory!

“I heard about the ‘Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon’ sometime in the late ’90s," he said.

Buzzfeed

"And people just started coming up to me and saying ‘I was playing your game have you heard about the game?'”

He explained that, initially, he thought the game was simply making him the punchline of a joke.

IMDb

“I really thought it was a joke at my expense," he said.

Fortunately, he eventually grew to love the concept of the game as much as the rest of us!

It may have started off as a joke at his expense, but it has evolved into something much more.

"I thought the idea was ‘can you believe that a lightweight like this could be connected to Laurence Olivier?'”

Buzzfeed

“If you take me out of it, the actual concept is sort of a beautiful one,” he concluded.

What do you think of Kevin Bacon only being able to answer two of the nine trivia questions about his own career in a recent *Buzzfeed* interview?
