Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Set To Make $1 Million Per Speech

I kind of secretly hoped that at the office holiday party this year, my boss would surprise us all by booking a speech from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but now that it's being reported what it might cost to book them, I think I should probably set my sights a little lower — at least for this year!

Well, sort of. Since stepping back from their duties as active members of the Royal Family, Harry and Meghan have been mostly laying low, although they've been participating in a few charitable events and getting into some scandals here and there.

It looks like they're about to break into their new business: giving public speeches.

As Page Six reports, the couple have just signed with the Harry Walker Agency who also have signed Barack and Michelle Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, and Oprah Winfrey. The Harry Walker Agency specializing in commanding $1 million dollars per speaking engagement for their very in-demand clientele.

Apparently, they plan on speeches that “relate to topics that are important in their lives—and in the world.”

A source has claimed that "Topics will largely relate to the social issues the world is facing now including racial justice and gender equity, mental health, issues impacting women and girls and the environment—as well as the intersectional nature of these issues."

"Many of the areas and topics covered in these conversations will be related to the foundation and mission of Archewell, their new organization housing their philanthropic endeavors," they said, referring to Harry and Meghan's Archewell Foundation.
