Kristen Bell is no stranger to parenting drama. Although all celebrities know that mom-shamers of the world love to come out of the woodwork for any perceived infraction in the parenting world, Kristen Bell has definitely received more than her fair share of that attention.
Kristen has decided to update the world after she caused a stir by the admission that her five-year-old daughter Delta was still in diapers.
"Currently, my youngest is 5½, still in diapers," Kristen had said in an episode of Momsplaining With Kristen Bell. When her guest remarked that it was all relative, Kristen replied "Yes, because every kid is so different."
After Kristen clarified that Delta was only in diapers that night, other fans chimed in to say they had similar experiences, like, "my 9-year-old sister still sleeps in diapers and isnt embarrassed one bit, she just needs that extra protection to keep from wetting the bed like most kids!"
Speaking to Today's Parent Kristen stated, “You know what we have to do? We wake her up at about 11 p.m. when she’s like a zombie and put her on the toilet."
Kristen emphasized that every kid is different, and added "If you want to try this 11 o'clock make-them-pee trick, great, there's no shame in any of it. Sometimes it takes kids until they're even older than five!"
