LGBTQ+ representation has taken quite some time to get some space to breathe when it comes to Hollywood, and even now, it has a long way to go.

In fact, it was revealed just how much work we have to do when James Gunn threw a studio under the bus for not allowing Velma to be a lesbian in the Scooby-Doo movies.

Scooby-Doo screenwriter James Gunn recently revealed something that made Twitter quite literally blow up.
