Alex Trebek Gives Positive Health Update Amidst Stage 4 Cancer Battle: 'I Am Feeling Great'

As most fans know, Alex Trebek has been fighting his battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer since March of last year.

The longtime host of Jeopardy! has been keeping fans updated on his journey, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, Alex is giving fans a much anticipated update on his health, and things are looking good for the beloved TV host!

Alex Trebek was working hard on *Jeopardy!* right up until the COVID-19 shutdown.

Fans have enjoyed new episodes of the show until last month, that's how hard he was working!

There's truly no one like Alex!

Now, the 79-year-old is giving fans an update on his health condition and the future of the show in a new, ADORABLE video.

"As many of you know, whenever there's a break in our Jeopardy! tape schedule, I often take that opportunity to grow some facial hair," he joked.

"Clearly, I've been doing that while waiting for us to safely return to the studio which I hope will be very, very soon."

"I'm here at home recording show openings for some very special Jeopardy! episodes that will be coming up in July," Alex explained.

In regards to his health, he told fans "I'm doing well."

"I have been continuing my treatment and it is paying off, though it does fatigue me a great deal. My numbers are good. I am feeling great."

Apparently, has been doing so well that he has written a memoir that is set to be released on July 21st!

We're so glad to hear Alex is doing well, so well that he could write a whole dang BOOK!

I can't wait to watch the new Jeopardy! episodes!
