Here's a fun fact about me that reveals how unbelievably naive I once was: when I was a kid, I genuinely thought every person over the age of 20 was just somehow magically rich.

Which is another part of adult life I most definitely did not see coming. I can praise myself all I want for passing up a chance to toss back tequila shots with my friends, but that hydro bill is still coming out of my account tomorrow whether I want it to or not.

And if I'm being honest, I really don't want it to.
