Typically, child actors don't launch their careers until they're, at the very least, old enough to form sentences? Read lines?

But that was not the case for Hayden! She started when she was under a year old, starring in a Playskool train commercial.

Many actors will simply visit filming sites for the length of filming.

But Hayden, on the other hand, took things to the next level and decided to move there instead!

Hayden attended elementary school in New York, but from grade nine onward, she opted to be home-schooled.

It was obviously not a bad choice considering her acting career was soon to take off anyhow!

"I was mortified. It gave me such body dysmorphia for so long, but I remember reminding myself that beauty is an opinion, not a fact, and it has always made me feel better," she told Women's Health.

"I find when I'm overly concerned about what I eat, I stress out my body and put on weight. People can tell when you're happy with being you and when you're not. It's only cheesy because it's true."

After giving birth to her first child, Kaya Evdokia Klitschko, with her then-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko in 2014, Hayden voluntarily checked herself into a treatment facility due to depression.

"And I think I'm all the stronger for it. I think I'm a better mom for it because you never take that connection for granted.”

"And to let women know that it's okay to ask for help and have a moment of weakness and it doesn't make you a bad person or a bad mother. That's a great message."

The pair ended their engagement amicably and worked out the best possible system for their daughter to be raised.

Even though they are not together anymore, they are still friends, co-parenting to the best of their abilities.

The apple never falls far from the tree!

While her father is a fire captain, Hayden's mom, Lesley Vogel, was a successful soap opera actress! She starred in the show, Loving, for over 10 years.

Last year Hayden swapped out her long locks for a pixie cut and it was entirely unplanned.

"Hayden was looking for a radical change, so last night we just went for it!" her stylist said at the time.

While we're used to seeing Hayden take on more serious, dramatic television and movie roles, she recently revealed that she was the voice of Kairi in Kingdom Hearts III.

Kaya's father, Wladimir, who is a professional heavyweight boxer, lives in the Ukraine. And since he has full custody of Kaya, naturally she lives there rather than in the US with Hayden.

After having her daughter and going through postpartum depression, Hayden felt that she was not in the right mental state to raise a child.

While she still sees her daughter regularly, Kaya's father has full custody.

"I’m not uncomfortable with sexual innuendo. It’s funny. I have that sense of humour. I’m very dry and sarcastic, so I don’t find it too hard to swallow sexual innuendos and jokes," she said to cinema.com.

"We were grouping in a place where we weren’t supposed to be. We’d chosen this party spot because no parents were going out of town that weekend. Some of the older kids thought it would be funny to light firecrackers just as the cops drove by, so we got chased."

"Unfortunately, three of my friends got grabbed. Oops. Big doo-doo! You’re in trouble. It was nothing that bad, though," she said.

Despite the fact that she is often playing the cheerleader, she actually considers herself to be quite the tomboy!

She believes in going all-natural and making sure not to wear makeup all the time.

It's important to leave your skin alone every so often, and Panettiere knows that and embraces it.

"My mom is from Kentucky and my grandmother is from Corpus Christi, so I had a better understanding of the South than the average person moving from New York," she told Southern Living.

"You can put a group of Southerners in any scenario and they'll have a good time."

"The people here are amazing. Living in Nashville gives me a sense of normalcy that I wasn't sure I was ever going to get back in my life," she said.

"When it didn't, I realized that I can live a normal life here with people who don't judge you based on what you do or who you are in the public eye."

"I got involved with the whale and dolphin causes because I grew up a big fan of animals. It’s the way I was raised. I love animals. If I could work with animals for the rest of my life, I’d be the happiest person – but this just fell into my lap."

"I don’t want to spread myself too thin, but this is a big, big problem. I said I’d be by their side to the very, very end."

“She crashes and burns hard and then she rises from the ashes, and she is so resilient and that’s one of the things I love the most about her. She always chooses to take the lesson and become stronger because of it.”

She also believes that because she's so passionate about her career, it allowed her to stay on the right path.

“I don’t know where that went…I’m saying you could be in your birthday suit and you could be the most confident person in the room at 7 years old,” she told The Late Show.

"I’ve lived a very big life, and I don’t feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, ‘Your life ends—you’re never going to be able to do anything again!’ And I’m like, 'What are you talking about?'"

"I would sacrifice having more years of being wherever I want whenever I want for years with my kids,” she told Glamour.
