The year 2020 has been quite the wild ride, and not in an entirely good way. But thankfully that is changing — at least in the movie world.
The John Wick universe isn't leaving us any time soon, because Keanu Reeves will be filming the fifth movie right after the fourth one!
This is literally the news we desperately needed to hear.
Lionsgate has just confirmed that a FIFTH John Wick film is already in the works and, of course, will be starring Keanu Reeves.
John Wick 4 is currently scheduled to be released on May 27, 2022.
I can't wait to see what happens in the next movies.
I'm sure it will be nothing short of fantastic!

"The angle they're working on The Continental TV show right now is a different perspective on the whole world, it's coming at it from different characters' points of view and what the breadth of the world is," franchise director Chad Stahelski said.
"The angle that the other producers and writers on the TV show are coming from is a very different timeline structure and a very different perspective of character."
"And a lot of the origin stories of some of the characters you see in Wick."
"Not that John Wick won't be involved with it, it's just not from his perspective."
