Kelly Clarkson Slams Troll Who Claims Her Marriage 'Didn't Work' Because She's Too Busy

Internet trolls have been around since the Internet started, but that doesn't mean that their mean comments are easy to ignore. While it might be tempting to lash out at those attacking you, sometimes it's even more satisfying to kill them with kindness.

Kelly Clarkson definitely knows that after the way she took down a hater on Twitter this week.

Kelly Clarkson made a surprise appearance on *America's Got Talent* this week.

To help cover for Simon Cowell, Kelly appeared as a judge on the popular talent show to take his place.

Kelly has had a bit of a whirlwind year that included going through a public divorce, so we're sure she appreciated the opportunity to go out and have a little fun.

Of course, not every fan was satisfied with Kelly's appearance.

The twitter troll tweeted that it was "no wonder" Kelly's marriage didn't, and that it was a "surprise she has time for her kids. Not the good old country girl we fell in love with," among other claims.

"Wow," Kelly responded in a tweet.

"Shaming a woman who has a great work ethic, is a great mom, and who steps up and fills in when a friends asks for a favor because that’s actually what 'good old country girls' do..." Kelly tweeted, deciding to kill with kindness in classic Kelly fashion.

"This can’t be who you are deep down."

"I have more faith in your heart. Aim higher please," Kelly ended her tweet with a heart emoji.

We love this method of dealing with haters, and we think Kelly is amazing for being able to do everything she does while still being an awesome mom!
