They also need to know who will be present at the event and who will have access to watching them speak.
Other questions that have to be filled out before booking the couple include: "What will the audience see on screen? Will you incorporate any branding? What will the Speaker see on screen immediately prior to and during their presentation?"
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a standard working outline similar to what we’ve been using during our nearly 75 years of business," The Harry Walker Agency said in a statement.
