Who knew the hottest fashion accessory of 2020 would end up being a face mask? There are tons of different ones you can get with designs ranging from cute to silly to funny to downright a little scary, which is perfect for Halloween coming up!

Information about the coronavirus pandemic is rapidly changing and Diply is committed to providing the most recent data as it becomes available. Some of the information in this story may have changed since publication, and we encourage readers to use online resources from CDC and WHO to stay up to date on the latest information surrounding COVID-19.

*Home Alone* star Macaulay Culkin is known for his sense of humor about the franchise that made him famous.

Like when he shared this picture on Instagram with the caption "This is what an updated Home Alone would actually look like," after rumors swirled that he would be starring in a modern day version of the film.

I don't know about you, but this kind of looks like my 2020.

He also loved to remind people that he's no longer that little kid we all loved.

As he celebrated his 40th birthday this year, he made sure to remind people that his "gift to the world" was making people feel old by no longer being a kid.

And now, he's putting the difference between himself as a child and himself as an adult to the test yet again on Twitter.

Macaulay shared a picture of himself wearing a face mask with his own very famous childhood face on it.

"Just staying Covid-safe wearing by the flayed skin of my younger self," Macaulay tweeted. "Don't forget to wear your masks, kids."

Macaulay's fans couldn't quite decide if they loved it or if they hated it, which is a reaction I kind of understand.

Most of his fans, however, thought it was pretty funny regardless.

"Who needs a mask if they're alone at home though?" one fan joked back.

I'm glad to see that Macaulay is spreading the important message of wearing a mask, even if the one he decided to go with is going to give me nightmares!
