While some celebrities, like The Rock, have come forward endorsing Joe Biden, others are voicing their support for President Trump's re-election, like Kirstie Alley who took to Twitter recently to share her opinion.
Kirstie Alley Tweets Her Support For Donald Trump: 'He Gets Things Done Quickly'
Kirstie Alley has never been afraid to speak her mind.
The actress, best known for her work in Cheers, Drop Dead Gorgeous, and Look Who's Talking, frequently takes to Twitter to express how she feels about news and events, and it's clear that she will be doing the same during the upcoming presidential election.
On October 17, Kirstie tweeted out support for President Trump.
"I’m voting for @realDonaldTrump because he’s NOT a politician. I voted for him 4 years ago for this reason and shall vote for him again for this reason," she wrote in a controversial tweet that generated 60 thousand retweets and 283 thousand likes.
Her tweet continued:
"He gets things done quickly and he will turn the economy around quickly. There you have it folks there you have it," she finished her message. While her tweet was controversial and earned her 170 thousand replies, Kirstie has not let any backlash sway her opinion.
"I’m voting for a system. I’ve narrowed it down for myself. It’s either a vote for a republic or a vote for socialism," Kirstie recently tweeted.
"It’s ok if you disagree. We can still be friends ..standing together in the gas station lines if your team wins," Kirstie joked.
